In the event of a valid withdrawal, the amount corresponding to the returned product will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The direct costs of return shipping shall be borne by the buyer, except in the case of a shipping error, defective product or product damaged during transport.
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases legally excluded.
In particular, it shall not apply in the following cases:
Products made according to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised: this includes, among others, textile pieces made to order, personalised products and loom orders requested according to specific characteristics.
Online courses, digital content or materials accessible immediately: when the content is digital and not supplied on a physical medium, and the buyer has requested immediate access to the course or digital content, accepting that once such access has been activated, no refund is applicable.
In these cases, the purchase is understood to be linked to the specific nature of the product or content purchased. Current regulations on withdrawal shall also apply.
The buyer must check the condition of the order upon receipt and report any incident within a reasonable period from delivery.
If the product received shows damage attributable to transport, defects or shipping errors, Ana y Francis Tejedores will assume, as appropriate, replacement, substitution, repair, refund or the appropriate solution for the case.
Outside these cases, returns arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be governed by the provisions set out in the corresponding section. In this case, return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
In the case of online courses, recorded classes, digital monographs, downloadable documents or other immediately accessible digital content, the buyer must be aware before completing the purchase that these are contents not supplied on a physical medium and accessible from the moment of purchase.
Due to the very nature of this content, once immediate access to the course or digital materials has been activated, no refund shall apply when this has been clearly communicated during the purchase process and the buyer has expressly accepted it.
